As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for actively bidding on relevant projects on the Upwork platform and converting them into potential leads for The Active Solutions. Your ability to write persuasive proposals, effectively communicate our value proposition, and win projects will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and analyze suitable projects on Upwork aligned with our expertise and sales goals
· Craft compelling proposals that highlight our strengths, services, and value proposition
· Engage in proactive and professional communication with potential clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions
· Collaborate with the internal sales team to gather necessary information for proposal development and lead conversion
· Track and manage the bidding process, including timely follow-ups, negotiations, and contract agreements
· Continuously update and maintain accurate records of bids, project status, and client communications
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, with a successful track record of winning projects and generating leads
· Deep understanding of the Upwork platform, bidding process, and client preferences
· Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive proposals and engaging with clients
· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships.
