As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering projects related to PHP, WordPress, and .NET. Your primary focus will be to manage the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, timeline management, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project execution.
1. Project Planning and Execution:
● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders.
● Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and
resource requirements.
● Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones and
deadlines.
● Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks, issues, and deviations
from the plan.
● Implement appropriate project management methodologies and best
practices.
2. Team Management and Collaboration:
● Lead a team of developers, designers, and other project resources, ensuring
efficient allocation of tasks and resources.
● Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective
teamwork and communication.
● Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any challenges
or obstacles.
● Conduct regular project meetings and status updates, keeping stakeholders
informed about progress.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
● Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed.
● Establish and maintain strong client relationships, actively managing client expectations and satisfaction.
● Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, provide technical guidance, and offer innovative solutions.
● Effectively communicate project status, updates, and milestones to clients in a timely manner.
4. Quality Assurance and Delivery:
● Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to project
specifications and industry best practices.
● Perform project testing, bug tracking, and issue resolution in collaboration
with the development team.
● Ensure timely delivery of projects within allocated budgets and resources.
● Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and
implementing process improvements.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a software development environment.
● Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PHP, WordPress, and .NET technologies.
● Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
● Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
● Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful project delivery.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
