Job description
Manage day-to-day administrative matters related to labor/staff management in coordination
with Manager.
Responsible to resolves/addressing employee’s requests and grievances in minimum
possible time.
Responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
Organizing events for the employees.
Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
Maintaining petty cash and bills.
