Customer Support Executive


 

Overview:

We are looking for Experienced and fresh "Customer Support Executive" for a US-based campaign. The primary focus of the role is to work with the customer support team. A customer support representative's responsibilities include identifying and providing prompt and clear solutions via phone calls. Our ideal candidate should be motivated, an excellent communicator, and able to work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as on their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customers’ needs.
  • Clarify information.
  • Research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Requirements.

  • Intermediate or above higher degree
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Critical Thinker/problem solver
  • Experience: Fresh or Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Details:

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Shift Timings: 8pm - 5Am (Night Shift)
  • Location: North Nazimabad Near Imam Clinic, Karachi
  • Salary: PKR 30-50k per month
